At MINDSHIFT Massage & Wellness we aim to unwind the mind & calm the body by bridging the gap between the emotional and physical body.   We use a variety of tools including affirmation cards, oils, music, lighting, heat, and a variety of techniques that allow your body to shift into a peaceful and calm state.
Our primary focus is providing a safe, calm environment for you, our client.  We take the time to listen to your needs and establish a treatment plan that is specific to you!
Our passion lies in treating you as a whole person, mind, body, and energy.  We strive to know how you are feeling.  Do you feel anxious, stressed, sad, overwhelmed, content, happy, depressed, unmotivated, or a combination of feelings?   Once we gather all of your health, emotional and energetic information we formulate a treatment plan that will address all of your needs and goals.  We aim to leave you feeling a sense of peace in your mind and body,  total wellness!
